Refund and Exchange

We are proud to offer all our customers a product guarantee. This allows you to return anything you have bought from Naked which fails to meet our usual high standards within 30 days of the purchase date in it’s original, unopened condition, for either a full refund or an exchange with a valid receipt or delivery note.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Orders via Local Reps which have been paid for cannot be cancelled once payment has been accepted and constitutes a binding contract of sale.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed or whilst it is in the ‘processing’ stage. As all products are handmade to order, it is not possible to cancel your order after this period of time. You may cancel by contacting us via email at customercare@nakedsoapcompany.uk or via our Facebook page.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
